TEAM BIOGRAPHY WARREN LEIGHT (Playwright) Side Man (1999 TONY Award, Best Play; 1998 Oppenheimer Award; George & Elisabeth Martin Playwriting Award; 1999 Pulitzer Finalist). Stray Cats at All Seasons Theater Group; the book to the musical Mayor (Drama Desk Nomination); books and lyrics to the High Heeled Women cabaret act (Outer Circle Critics Award). His first play, The Loop, first presented at the Harold Clurman was revived last fall by Mobius Group Productions. His new play, Glimmer, Glimmer and Shine received its first production at the Williamstown Theatre Festival last summer and was then presented at Penguin Repertory Theatre last fall. Warren is currently writing the book for Big Street, a musical based on a Damon Runyon story, with music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Marion Adler.
